This Return Policy explains how to return products to S Y Q LIMITED ("Syq", "we", "us"). Because beads are small, loose and reusable, some items cannot be returned once opened — please check the details below before ordering.
1. Return window
You may return unopened items in their original, sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
2. Items that can't be returned
- Opened kits or loose beads once the seal is broken (for hygiene and because loose beads cannot be restocked).
- Custom or personalised jewelry made to your specification.
- Items damaged through use rather than a fault.
This does not apply where an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described — those are always covered (see our Refund Policy).
3. Condition of returns
Returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging with any seals intact. We may decline returns that arrive opened or damaged where the fault is not ours.
4. How to return an item
- Email support@yqgroupnz.com with your order number to start a return.
- We'll confirm the return address and any reference to include.
- Pack the item securely and send it back within the agreed time.
5. Return shipping costs
If the return is because of our error or a faulty item, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't process a refund for items we don't receive.
