This Shipping Policy explains how S Y Q LIMITED ("Syq", "we", "us") processes and ships orders. We ship worldwide from New Zealand, with all prices in USD.
1. Processing time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email, and a shipping notification once your order is on its way.
2. Destinations & carriers
We ship to most countries worldwide using reputable postal and courier services. Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout based on your destination, before you pay.
3. Delivery estimates
Delivery times depend on destination and method, and are estimates rather than guarantees:
- New Zealand: approximately 2–5 business days.
- Australia & Asia-Pacific: approximately 5–12 business days.
- Rest of world: approximately 10–20 business days.
Customs processing, weather and carrier delays can extend these times.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and is shown before payment. Any free-shipping thresholds, where offered, are displayed in the cart.
5. Duties & import taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local rules before ordering.
6. Tracking & issues
Where tracking is available, we'll share it in your shipping notification. If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact support@yqgroupnz.com and we'll help put it right.
