We sell DIY beading and handmade jewelry kits. We take care to describe each kit accurately, including its contents, materials and intended use. Bead colours, natural stone patterns and finishes may vary slightly from photographs because many components are natural or handmade.

All designs and motifs are original Syq work. Our kits are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or imitations of any other jewelry brand.

When you place an order you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance and your payment is processed. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already charged.

All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of shipping and any taxes or import duties, which are shown or noted before you pay. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details.

Your card statement will show the descriptor "SYQ JEWELRY KIT".

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Your rights to return items and obtain refunds are set out in our Return Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Your use of our site and products is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy and our Safety & Warnings. Please read the safety information carefully — our kits contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3.

All site content, kit designs, guides, templates and images are owned by or licensed to Syq and may not be copied or resold without our permission. You may use our guides and templates to make pieces for personal use or gifting.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other mandatory consumer law that applies to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
